What kind of printing is used on the products?
The products you see on our site are comparable in quality to the products you find in fine retail outlets. That means we only use the best in professional screen printing printing techniques. We do NOT use any iron on transfers or digital printing methods. Our printing is designed to last, wash after wash, without fading, peeling or cracking. We make the clothing you've grown to love.

Shipping information:

Are the items I see on this website in stock?
Yes, unless marked otherwise, the items you see in our web store are printed and in stock, ready for shipping. That means, once you order, your order will usually ship out from our warehouse within 3 business days.

How long will it take to get my order?
After you place your order, it will usually be shipped from our location within 2 business days. Depending on the method of shipping you choose at the time of checkout and your distance from our California warehouse, it could take anywhere from 1-5 business days for orders within the US or 7-14 business days for international orders. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We can ship your order to most worldwide destinations. Be aware that you might be charged a import fee and sales tax. We suggest you check with your local postoffice before you order.

How much is shipping going to be?
We strive to keep our regular and international shipping costs as low as they can be. With that in mind, you won't see any "handling" charges added on to our shipping rates. The rates that are given in our shopping cart reflect the exact pricing we get from UPS or USPS, depending on the method of shipping you choose. USPS Priority mail rates start at just $4.60 for one t-shirt.

How can I pay for my order?
Orders from within the United States:
Credit Card – We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We recommend using a credit card for fastest service. You card information is submitted through PrintMojos secure server and is not charged until your order is shipped. Your statement will show the name PRINTMOJO.COM for the items you purchased. Money Order – You can get a money order at the post office and at most banks. Check – Personal checks accepted please allow 5-10 business days to clear.
If you choose to pay by check or money order, you must send in your payment before your order is shipped. Please send payment to the adress below

International Orders:

Who processes the orders?
All items are professionally screen printed (and/or embroidered) by Triple J Printing of Chico, CA. All items are in printed in advance, in stock and stored in PrintMojos local warehouse, where they carefully pack and ship each order as it is placed.

If paying by credit card, your statement will show a charge from PRINTMOJO.COM. Is my order secure? Is my information kept private?
Your security and privacy are our top priorities. Protecting your order information is a priority for us. PrintMojo use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your online order information.
To check the security of your connection, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window after accessing the server.
If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active and the server is secure. We will make sure you are on a secure server whenever you are entering information that needs to be protected.

Will I have to pay sales tax?
For all orders shipping to destinations outside of California, you will not have to pay sales tax. We are required to collect sales tax for sales shipping to California destinations (since we are located in California). This will be automatically calculated at checkout.

If you order products from other contries then America you might be charged import tax and VAT when purchasing products over a certain amount of money. If you do not know these charges we suggest you check with you local post office or tax office before ordering.

Of course. We understand that sometimes people prefer the traditional mail order way of buying. While we fully believe in the security and convenience of our secure online shopping system, we have made it easy to order the products you want via check or money order. Simply note the items you want to purchase, and mail them with your payment and shipping total (you can get the shipping total by going through the checkout process.
